A Junior Level of MCA was founded in 2008. The goal of the Junior MCA is to expand the membership and awareness of the organization, through establishing a level for women who want to give back to the community, but have less time to commit because of the demands of motherhood, work and life. The Junior Level hosts an annual family-friendly fundraiser.
