Each year, Marin Charitable hosts a number of special events to raise funds... and we have fun doing it! Read below for more information and be sure to check out our upcoming event!
Fall Fundraiser
Each year Marin Charitable puts on an exciting and well-attended "Gala-type" Fall Fundraiser The theme changes each year but the good times remain consistent. 100% of all proceeds raised go to providing critical support, education and enrichment for kids in Marin County who have limited opportunities.
Floral Fling
Each Spring for the last 15 years, Marin Charitable has organized a luncheon featuring a demonstration from a floral expert, shopping at a boutique of local vendors, a silent auction and a raffle.
The Floral Fling locations have included the Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross, the Marin Country Club in Novato, and Meadow Club in Fairfax.
Family Day at the Movies
A recent addition to the Marin Charitable fundraisers, Family Day at the Movies has already become a popular and eagerly anticipated local event featuring a full-length age-appropriate movie for young children, local food, live music, and face painting. The event attracts over 275 people.
Family Day at the Movies was the first fundraising event hosted by the new Junior members of Marin Charitable.
Phantom Fundraiser
Since its inception in 1996, the Phantom Fundraiser has been a major contributor to Marin Charitable's fundraising efforts. The announcement, a clever donation request containing a return envelope, is mailed mid-October.
